Discover Independent Sales Contractors (ISC’s): This position is for real go-getters with entrepreneurial skills, a little capital and leadership abilities.
Why choose the ISC alternative instead of “rising through the ranks”?
- An ordinary consultant earns straight commission of 20% against 25% of an ISC;
- An ordinary consultant earns overriding commission of 8% against 12% of an ISC;
- An ordinary consultant doesn’t get her discount immediately: she must qualify first: certain turnover, recruitment etc. before getting the 20% discount;
- A ready made business with existing consultants in your down line;
- The chance to contribute to the structure of the business, especially at this early stage;
- You can sell the area with our approval later, like any business
- Limited positions in every area.
To qualify you must have been a CM director or Unit leader or about to be appointed as such. Alternatively you must have a proven record in direct selling and knowledge of the CM products and business plan or of scrapbooking.
Retail Shops
Retail Shops has in the past been prohibited to sell Creative Memories products. We have decided to open the market to them in an effort to make our products more readily available to consultants.
On the other hand we must protect our most precious asset: our consultants. Therefore retail outlets are under an obligation to us to not sell our products at bargain based prices and to grant consultants a certain discount.
Retail Shops are therefore earning higher discount than consultants, do not get commission on down lines, and earn discount according to a sliding scale based on the amount of their order.
