Return Policy
Products must be returned immediately if faulty or if the wrong items were send. We undertake no liability if such goods are not returned immediately, and return cost will be for our account if the same courier is used. See also our guarantee under FAQ. Products ordered in error may be exchanged for something else, provided it is unopened and the consultant pays for the courier costs. No refunds will be made.
Delivery Times
We are going to stock such items as the Starter Kit, Refill Pages and Protectors, the latest Products (including paper and kits), Tools, Makers and Custom Cutting Systems. These items will be available from February 2009 and delivered within one week. However, all other items on the extensive Creative Memories order form below may be ordered, but will have a delay in delivery as it will be flown in from the USA. The usual waiting time is two weeks.
